Originally from Montana, Julie picked up a fly rod and tying vise at 10 years old and never looked back. With over 25 years of experience, including more than 13 years guiding in Southeast Alaska. Guiding on 

Waters in  Montana she moved to Broken Bow, Oklahoma for the past 10 years she has been guiding anglers on the Lower Mountain Fork River.
As a certified casting instructor and a proud member of the USA Women’s  Fly Fishing Team, Julie has spent the past five years competing at an elite world level, earning gold, silver, and bronze Team medals. She brings a level of skill, precision, and real world experience that few guides can match. She’s also a recognized voice in the sport, sharing her journey and expertise as a competitive fly fisher and guide  across the country.
